Hardwick Industrial Park

The Hardwick Industrial Park, conveniently located on Wolcott Street, has a complete infrastructure to support manufacturing needs.  Sugarman of Vermont, producers of Maple Syrup, has a large facility and have recently purchased another lot in the park for expansion.  Another tenant is buying a 1/2 acre lot to build a liquid milk storage facility.  An existing facility is being sold to an organic yogurt producer who will also distribute organic meats.  Plans are in the works to build a 15,000 square foot multi-tenant building.

The Hardwick Industrial Park is within walking distance of two banks, a hardware store, a grocery store and a drug store.  The Park is just a short drive from town center which hosts a variety of restaurants and retail establishments.
